Hi, I'm Coach Corey Wayne and this is my video coaching newsletter. And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be how to avoid writing the female crazy train. Well, these are always good emails to get just because a lot of phone sessions I do are with guys that are just trying to make it work with a woman who is quite frankly a train wreck. And this particular email is from a new viewer and he just got off the crazy train with a woman who's kind of toxic. She's all tatted up, cheated on him. And when he first started dating her, his friends and family are like, "Hey, that girl and her family are nothing but trouble." But she was hot. And he proceeded anyways. And I've had that experience as well when you have people that know a girl and they warn you about her but and you're like, "Well, she seems really nice." Remember, people can hide who they are for about the first 90 days of a relationship. And so, you got to vet for character. And because if you don't, you end up like this guy. Even though people were telling them, hey, you know, it's not a good idea. He did it anyways and he paid the price. But it's one of those things you learn a painful life lesson from. And so obviously everybody watching this can also learn because you date enough and you date long enough, you're going to come across a hot girl like this who's charming and fun and great in bed. But all the other baggage that comes with it just makes the juice not worth the squeeze. So he says, "Hello, Coach Corey. I've recently gotten out of a year-long relationship. I'm 25 and she's 22. I'm a new student and just started reading your book, How to be a 3% man. Well, if you're new here, you can read for free at understandingreationships.com. Just subscribe to the email newsletter. Also, you can read Mastering Yourself there totally for free as well as what my first book on quotes, ruminations, and contemplations. So, as soon as you put your name, your email, create a password, it'll open up right in your web browser. So, you can try before you buy. He says, "This girl came with many red flags that I had ignored from the start." Well, what did Iron Ran say? You can ignore reality, but you can't ignore the consequences of ignoring reality. She had a high body count, tattoos, no female friends. Well, that's another red flag. If a woman only has guy friends, says she doesn't get along with other women, women are drama, and she just has no female friends, that's a red flag. And usually it's often because the reason why they don't have any friends is because the girls tried to sleep with her friends, boyfriends and husbands, and they just get tired of the nonsense. He says, "A weekend of dating, people started reaching out to my mother, saying that this girl and the family is nothing but trouble. They even going to his mom. Wow, that girl must have had a hell of a reputation." I ignored the red flags and continued on. Eight months later at the end of the relationship, she's liking another guy's photos on Facebook. Yeah. No sense of loyalty, family, doesn't respect the relationship. Kind of narcissistic. If she's not happy, well, all's fair and love and war. If you're not doing the right things, if she's not happy, she's going to start giving attention to other dudes. And ideally, you want to find out about this as quickly as possible. This guy is a deputy for the local sheriff's department. Keep in mind this for later. Well, having coached a lot of people in law enforcement over the years, just some of the situations they get into, dudes that are married, girls that are married, cheating with their spouses with each other, or the hot single girl that works in the department, everybody's trying to bone her, they start dating, she's talking to other guys, and it just doesn't end well. You would think, hey, if they go into law enforcement, they got to be mostly honest people. But I maybe it's just because of the the the dregs of society that they have to deal with. I mean, I've had a lot of conversations about that with my clients, especially when they're telling me how they're cheating on their wives or their girlfriends with another girl or their female partner for that matter. It happens a lot. And law enforcement in the military is one of the top five careers where people cheat, especially women, are likely to cheat. She dumped me not long after and then came to find out she had been sleeping with this guy. Shocker. Fast forward a few months and she returned to me and I ended up taking her back. Well, all it's not like she's gonna metamorphosis or have a metamorphosis and change into an honorable human being. Again, you can ignore reality, but not the consequences of ignoring reality. Things have been going decent up until recently, although things took a wild turn. On a Sunday afternoon, my grandma was leaving our house and accidentally backed into my ex-girlfriend's car. After my ex-girlfriend sees the minimal amount of damage, she starts yelling and cussing at my grandma. You can't be mean to grandma. It's like, what kind of shit's that? And if you're there, you're gonna say, "Don't talk to my grandma like that." You need to treat her with respect. And if you can't do that, you need to leave. You got to protect the women in your family from your girlfriend. And vice versa, you have to protect your girlfriend or your wife from the other people in your family if they're berating and treating her harshly. As a man, you're supposed to set the tone in the family because if you tolerate it, you invite more of it. My ex But then again, we know this girl is sleeping with a sheriff's deputy. So, look what happens. My ex-girlfriend then calls her mother and her mother insists on calling the county sheriff's department and she takes this advice. Well, normally you just call and say, "Hey, we had a minor fender banner." But if it's, you know, at the time it's your girlfriend and grandma backs into it, it's like, "I'll take care of it. Don't worry about it. She calls her mom and her mom's like, "Get him. Call that sheriff's deputy that you're sleeping with." He says, "You guessed it." Oh, let me back up a little bit. So, she takes the advice from her mother saying, "Yeah, call the police." Few moments later, guess who the sheriff's deputy who responds to this call is? You guessed it. The guy she's been sleeping with. The deputy was confused on why the police were called in the first place saying he could have just he could just leave and the damages could be paid for out of pocket. In other words, this is like amongst family members. Why don't you guys just handle it? But my ex insisted and wanted to have an accident report done and not handle things between us. Well, that's because she wasn't really into him and she was sleeping with the sheriff's deputy. So, it's just stuff like that just shows she's not really on your team. She's there for whatever reason. Backup plan. The sheriff's deputy got tired of her BS and threw her back to the streets. Who knows? Maybe she's wanting the sheriff's deputy to do something because she's trying to make the sheriff's deputy jealous because now she's sleeping with her ex-boyfriend again and not him. Or maybe he had some little more common sense. He's a little older, more experienced, and didn't want to put up with her BS. She was crying the whole time during the police interaction. Oh, water works just putting on the show. It's kind of like flopping. You ever see you see like LeBron James is a master of flopping. After this incident, I was in shock and could not understand what had just happened. My then ex-girlfriend was crying and saying that she made a mistake and acted too quickly. Also claiming that her mother was sorry as well. Sure, this is why, you know, it's just the family's constant drama, freaking out, yelling, screaming, calling the police, and this is just one incident. And so, when you start dating a girl and people come out of the woodwork calling you around going, "Hey, Bob's dating this really nutty chick. You should stay away." And mom's going, "Son, we need to talk about this woman that you've been seeing." I've gotten several calls recently. It's like, I've never had anything like that happen. I've never had people calling my family or parents going, "Hey, that girl Cory's date is like you need to stay away from." When that's happening, that's bad. That's really bad. When a lot of people are calling your mom, that's not a good sign. They won't call him because they know he's probably young and naive. He's not going to listen anyways. She was pleading with me saying she could have the report retracted. Remember, liars and cheaters tend to lie all the time. is she's cheating and lying to his face. Well, lying is a way of life for her. So, she's saying things that are simply not true, or in other words, the Kentucky guarantee. She then called the station and claimed the report was taken no further. Well, once the report has been made, it's, you know, they have to it's going to stay there. They don't just delete those things. At this point, in my mind, the relationship is over. I told her that there was no coming back from this and she should take her things and leave. Yeah. It's like you talk to grandma, you say one thing and you do another and after the cheating and the fact the guy she's cheating with shows up, it's like, man, this is like this is like trash TV. It's like you can't look away. It's like rubbernecking. It's like what? She then started arguing, saying, "It is not over and she is not taking her things." She finally left and things would end a few days later. Even the puppies are getting riled, though, fighting over their rubber key. See that drama? Just the drama vibe from reading the email. Puppies are getting a little excited, right, Elon? So, she took her car to the body shop of her choice, and just yesterday, I paid for the damage out of my own pocket to the tune of $2,000. Oddly enough, more damage has been done to the car and the photos from the body shop. Also, today the report has been uploaded in the police system and is going to be sent into the insurance company. More lies, lol. So, she took your $2,000 and on top of that, the insurance company's going to pay her. So, she scammed you for two G's, it sounds like. What a lovely human being this sounds like. Again, you can ignore reality, but you can't ignore the consequences of ignoring reality. So, you know, lesson learned, dude. Read the book. Got to vet for character just because she's hot. Video Summary

Overview

Coach Corey Wayne discusses a viewer's email about a toxic relationship to illustrate the importance of vetting for character and heeding red flags, rather than being swayed by physical attraction.

Key Takeaways

  • People can hide their true character for about the first 90 days of a relationship, making vetting essential.
  • Ignoring red flags (e.g., a high body count, no female friends, family warnings) leads to painful consequences.
  • A woman having only male friends and claiming 'women are drama' is often a significant red flag.
  • As a man, you must protect your family from disrespect and set the tone in relationships; tolerating bad behavior invites more.
  • Liars and cheaters tend to lie consistently; past behavior is a reliable indicator of future actions.

Conclusion

The core lesson is to prioritize character over physical attraction. Use resources like the 'Hot and Crazy Matrix' and the speaker's book to learn how to identify red flags early and avoid destructive relationships.
